How to Generate Energy Inside You

Anybody can activate energy in their body. Depending on one’s emotional & physical state, it may be easier for some and more challenging for others. Below is my technique for learning how to practice activating it.

If you are able to do it right away, great….if you are having difficulties, don’t get discouraged. Although we all can activate energy, not everybody will feel it the same way and some may not feel it at all. Your ability to feel energy is is based off of your body’s sensitivity levels. Just because you may not experience the same sensations does not mean you can’t activate energy or its ability to work.

Continue to practice and experiment with the various suggested exercises on this site regardless of what you may or may not feel!

 
 

Step One - Focus

  • Find a quiet space to practice - you can sit or stand based on comfort.

  • Bring your hands close together leaving about 3 inches of space in between them.

  • Set the intention to activate the pure, white light energy inside of you.

  • Then…..simply focus on your hands for the next few minutes.

    • Breathe

    • Focus

    • Pay attention

Step Two - Activate Energy in the Hands

After a minute or two, you should begin to feel some sensations in your hands and palms. Do you feel…

  • Tingling?

  • Pulsing?

  • Heat?

These are all examples of what the energy in your body feels like when activated. For the first few minutes, don’t do anything. Just let the energy do what it wants to do….

After you get a sense for what the energy feels like when activated, try taking control of it. Can you…..

  • Push the energy from palm to palm?

  • Do figure eights from palm to palm?

  • Move one of your hands farther away and watch the energy still bounce back from palm to palm?

If you are having difficulties, add a visual element to it - - Try imagining a ball of pure white light as the energy itself as you move the perceived ball around with your hands.

 

Alternative Option Activate Energy in the Head

Another way to activate energy is to begin in the head.

  • Turn your focus towards the point in between and slightly above your eyes (known as your third eye).

  • Spend a few minutes focusing and giving your attention to that spot.

  • You may begin to feel something - whether it’s pressure, tingles or pulsing. And if you don’t, that’s okay. It’s important to note the feeling of activating energy is separate from the ability of the body to interact with energy.

  • To intensify the energy, bring your intention to that spot. Imagine adding another layer of white light to that ball of energy pulsing in your third eye. And then visualize adding another layer of bright light to that enhanced ball of energy. Continue adding layers.

  • After a few minutes of experiencing the energy in that location, see if you can move that focus - and potentially the feelings included - from your third eye to the back of your neck. Can you feel - or even visualize - that ball of white light & energy move as you shift your attention from one spot of your head to another?

  • Continue to take control of this energy and let it move all throughout your body. The ball of energy should feel like it’s naturally traveling within you. Practice focusing on different spots of your body by keeping your full awareness wherever the ball of energy resides while the rest of your body remains relax.

  • If it feels too hard to move or control, take a step back, breathe and try again. For some this will feel quite easy to do and for others, it may be more of a struggle. Either way is ok. Just keep practicing and believe in what you can do.
