Healing Yourself

Once you have learned how to activate your energy and are able to move it, you can try to heal any pain or discomfort you may be experiencing yourself. Below are different ways to practice. It is critical to note that what works for one person may not work for another so play around with it and see what works best for you.

That being said, from practicing on my own and researching other healers and their methods, there appears to be similar groundwork that applies to all:

1. Set the Intention. You don’t have to believe in the healing but you have to be open to receiving it. Whether it’s declaring it out loud or saying it to yourself, set the intention of giving or receiving healing before you begin.

2. Clear Your Mind & Be Present. To activate positive energy for physical healing, you can’t be in a state of negativity. If you need to calm your mind, give yourself 10 minutes to meditate before trying to heal. To receive mental healing (for anxiety, depression, etc.), click here for alternative healing techniques.


Healing Methods


Energy Healing With Your Hands

1. Hold your hand(s) approx. 3 inches over the area of physical discomfort.

2. Close your eyes and activate the energy in your palm(s). If you forgot how activate, click here.

3. Once activated, begin to focus on your breath. On your inhale, increase the strength of the white light energy building inside your hands. On the exhale, visualize bright light energy shooting out of your hands and into the source of discomfort.

4. Repeat this process several times. As you do, visualize the physical discomfort turning into negative liquid that flows out of your body through a source point (i.e. the bottom of your feet) as you continue to shoot in positive energy with your hands.

5. After several minutes, pause to reflect how the physical pain now feels. As it (hopefully) begins to feel better, don’t begin to doubt. Keep your mind in gratitude for being able to release the pain.

6. Continue to repeat as needed.

Energy Healing with Your Mind

1. Sit in silence and close your eyes. Activate the energy in your third eye. If you forgot how activate, click here.

2. Once you can strongly feel the energy, look internally & scan your body from your head to your feet. Was there a spot that didn’t feel good physically? Find the spot that feels the most discomfort.

3. Move the ball of white light energy from your third eye to that spot. With the ball of energy & your awareness hovering within that area, focus on it and just breathe.

4. As you visualize and breathe, feel yourself relaxing and as you do, visualize the white ball of energy slowly melting the negative energy (and discomfort) away. Visualize the positive energy growing stronger as the negative energy drains from your body through an end source point (i.e. hands or feet).

5. If the pain or discomfort has not appeared to feel better, add another layer of energy to the ball. And then add another….Continue to try to melt the negative energy of discomfort away.

6. If you are able to decrease your physical pain, great. If you aren’t, keep practicing. Continue to remain open to being able to heal and allow the process to work as it’s meant to for you.
